Job summary

Flip is seeking a Customer Success leader to scale our CS function across diverse customers in a fast-growing setting. You will own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success, building authentic relationships that drive ROI and retention.

You will coach a team of CS professionals, collaborate with product, marketing, and sales, and translate client feedback into roadmap opportunities, all while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a CS function for a B2B software company.
• Experience scaling customer success from tens to hundreds of clients.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the CS function across our customers.
• Build trust-based relationships and advocate for customers.
• Lead implementation and onboarding through the lifecycle.
• Coach and scale the CS team while maintaining high execution standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to accelerate growth and retention.
• Translate client needs into feedback for product roadmap.
