VisibleThread, LLC is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager to own relationships with enterprise customers across Defense, IT Services and Healthcare. You will onboard, train, and enable customers to realize measurable value from VisibleThread while driving adoption and renewals.

The role focuses on a relationship-first, hands-on approach with strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• GovCon industry experience is a plus.
• Strong program management and change management experience.
• Must be AI savvy.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn a product deeply.
• Curiosity about customers' problems and the drive to solve them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who thrives on ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build trust quickly and become the go-to contact for accounts.
• Own $3M in ARR across Enterprise Accounts.
• Onboard and train customers to get up and running quickly.
• Drive adoption by turning product usage into measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and product/support teams.
• Grow relationships by identifying renewal and upsell opportunities.
