Job summary

Goodfit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal. You will drive volume of AI interview usage, train recruiters and hiring managers, and expand usage across HR, TA, and learning modules.

You will be the primary contact for customers, build playbooks, monitor engagement, and ensure renewals. Strong English communication is essential, with data-driven account health tracking in Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts in India with HR/TA or business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; comfortable with senior HR leaders.
• Comfort reading usage dashboards and building an account health view in Sheets.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, follows up, keeps commitments.
• Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and live-chat or support tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and drive adoption of Goodfit's AI interviews and assessments.
• Lead kickoff calls, set up roles and templates with recruiting teams.
• Manage account health, monitor usage, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Deliver monthly reviews with HR and TA leaders.
• Maintain HubSpot records and provide daily updates on activity.
