The annual salary ranges from $200,000 to $260,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with enterprises in Financial Services, Systems Integrators, Semiconductor, Manufacturing or Retail.
• Ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Drive usage planning and monitor usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
