Job summary

4over is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with enterprise customers and deliver exceptional service. You will partner with Sales teams to support account strategies, retention, and revenue growth, while proactively managing needs and resolving challenges.

In this remote role, you will monitor health metrics, identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing support across internal teams to ensure customers extract maximum value

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience with enterprise/high-value accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into growth opportunities.
• Prior print industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with enterprise/high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with KAMs and RAMs to support strategies, retention, and revenue growth.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customer needs and order support.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and revenue performance to identify trends.
