Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking an accomplished Enterprise CRM Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage budgets, governance, and cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while driving adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years directing enterprise technology and business transformation programs.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce/CRM programs in complex environments.
• Experience managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and governance.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience/Data Clouds and related tools.
• Ability to establish governance models, CoEs and scalable delivery processes.
• Experience with CRM analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior leadership and collaborators.
• Oversee budgets, governance, and vendor relationships for CRM platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Data.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies across workstreams.
