Qualifications

• 8+ years directing enterprise program efforts in technology and business transformation.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce and CRM programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and collaborator management skills.
• Experience with CRM analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and CDPs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Planview, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
• Own program outcomes across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Drive CRM transformation, platform modernization, and integration initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for executive sponsors, reporting on status, risks, and financials.
• Collaborate across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, Operations, and partners.
• Develop CRM roadmaps with enterprise architecture.
