• Experience with CRM analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and CDPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Govern CRM platform governance, release and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Identify risks and dependencies and resolve issues across workstreams.
