Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in business/tech/IS.
• 3-5+ years supporting enterprise software platforms and CRM systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and backlog management.
• CRM platforms experience or business process transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, and technology teams to define and deliver enhancements.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and user story development for enterprise platform initiatives.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, support prioritization, release planning, and Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed, tested, and implemented.
• Analyze user feedback and platform usage trends to improve user experience and adoption.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
