• Leading offshore or distributed teams with governance and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the long‑term vision and roadmap for CRM and analytics platforms.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and backlogs.
• Define and track KPIs and business impact measures.
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery across all lifecycle stages.
• Shape data architecture, pipelines, and reporting capabilities.
• Evaluate AI/analytics capabilities for potential adoption within governance constraints.
• Prepare data‑driven business cases and status updates for senior management.
• Enforce CRM data governance standards across platforms.
• Support dashboards and data‑sharing interfaces for transparency.
• Provide people leadership for offshore teams and align capacity planning.
