Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally with B2B, enterprise tech, SaaS, or cloud accounts.
• Proven ability to write strong creative briefs and translate data into clear creative direction for design, motion, and video teams.
• Experience mentoring creative strategists and elevating team output.

Responsibilities

• Own Creative Strategy for Enterprise B2B Campaigns across channels.
• Lead and develop the Creative Strategy Team with coaching and feedback.
• Shape briefs and guide design, motion, video, and copy from brief to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns across formats and markets.
• Drive testing and optimization to improve messaging and content strategies.
