Job summary

Axon is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to lead Corrections sales across a multi-state territory. You will build executive relationships, shape strategic plans, and drive multi-year, technology-driven transformations within state departments of corrections.

In this role you will manage complex deals, navigate procurement, and partner with product, legal, and leadership teams to deliver measurable safety and accountability outcomes, while growing revenue and expanding Axon’s footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in complex or public sector environments.
• Ability to lead multi-state or strategic territories with account strategies.
• Experience closing high-value, multi-year deals in large organizations.
• Ability to drive transformation through new technology and secure executive buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multi-state Corrections territory strategy and execution.
• Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
• Navigate procurement, budgets, and regulatory processes in public sector sales.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to win complex opportunities.
• Sell across a portfolio of integrated solutions with measurable outcomes.
