Job summary

ICCU is seeking a senior IT leader to direct enterprise Core systems and member-facing applications. You will define technical strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring system stability and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, oversee vendor relationships and budgets, and communicate metrics and priorities to executive stakeholders. Strong SQL, Oracle/MSSQL, and project-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business (or related field) required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with managing critical vendors required.
• Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL Database Systems and Workload Automation Systems.
• Security+ certification preferred; Scrum Master certification or relevant experience.
• Project management experience or strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for enterprise Core systems and member-facing applications.
• Define goals, success measures, and technical strategy for system stability and improvements.
• Mentor team members and develop leadership capacity.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise Core systems and releases.
• Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation and change control records.
• Develop KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Communicate priorities and progress to leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and departmental budget planning.
• Collaborate across IT, Product Management, Software Development, and business stakeholders.
