Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking an Info Systems Lead Technician (Executive Support) to deliver premium IT support to the executive leadership team. The role covers desktop, mobile, networking, and enterprise A/V, with strategic advisory and project leadership across security and technology initiatives.

The position requires 8–10 years of IT support experience, an associate degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent specialized training in a computer-related field is required.
• 8-10 years of IT technical support experience with direct support of C-suite executives required.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead technical initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for executives and Board members, including laptops, mobile devices, home office technology, and urgent after-hours support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues with minimal disruption to executive operations.
• Design, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise A/V and video conferencing solutions supporting executive meetings, board sessions, presentations, and major organisational events.
• Serve as the primary liaison between executives and IT teams to coordinate issue resolution, technology support, and technical projects.
• Travel as needed to install, repair, and support technology solutions for executives and Board members.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support to resolve critical technical issues and ensure business continuity.
