Job summary

Triumph seeks a CIO to lead enterprise technology strategy, governance, and execution across Banking, Payments, Factoring, and Intelligence. You will drive modernization, risk management, and AI initiatives while partnering with the Board and executive team to align technology investments with business outcomes.

The role requires deep enterprise leadership, strong cybersecurity oversight, and experience guiding large, regulated organizations through transformational programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in technology and/or information systems.
• 2
• 10+ years in senior leadership with enterprise scope (SVP or higher, or equivalent).
• Experience operating CIO-level responsibilities or equivalent board interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Partner to ensure technology investments yield measurable outcomes (growth, efficiency, risk reduction).
• Lead governance structures to set technology standards, architecture, and investment prioritization.
• Provide day-to-day executive leadership for information security and risk management.
• Partner with risk, compliance, and board oversight committees on regulatory alignment.
• Oversee TriumphX, cloud, platform modernization, and security posture.
