Job summary

Redstone Federal Credit Union seeks an executive leader to direct Software Development and Data Science & Analytics. You will drive strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities to advance objectives while ensuring security and resilience across platforms.

Lead enterprise teams, manage budgets, and partner with risk, compliance, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant technology solutions for RFCU members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data science or analytics required.
• 7+ years progressive technology leadership experience in large organizations, preferably financial services.
• 5+ years in management leading technology, software development, data science and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for software development and data analytics functions.
• Develop and govern data architecture, governance, quality and security controls enterprise‑wide.
• Oversee vendor management, budget planning and regulatory compliance across disciplines.
