Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Sr. Sales Leader to own driving adoption of AWS within our Enterprise segment and exceed revenue goals. You will build strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and develop executive relationships with key accounts across the US.

You will scale a field sales organization, drive go-to-market initiatives, and mentor a large team of sales professionals to deliver innovative cloud solutions and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales team management experience.
• Experience hiring and leading sales or account management teams focused on enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AWS full suite of services into a set of Enterprise customers.
• Exceed annual revenue and design-win targets.
• Build and manage a field sales team.
• Own the talent management strategy and outcomes for your team.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accounts.
• Scale out an integrated go-to-market team in a highly complex environment.
• Develop and execute against goals including customer references, support, professional services, and training.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional and partner ecosystems to extend reach.
