Job summary

PointFive is seeking a Cloud Efficiency Architect to partner with the largest enterprise customers in NAM, owning strategic relationships and shaping the professional services offering from the ground up. You will guide cost optimization, token spend management, and AI efficiency initiatives while defining requirements for custom applications and automations built on the PointFive platform.

You’ll lead early engagements, help shape product roadmap, and build a trusted voice in cloud and AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or cloud financial management.
• Hands-on engineering, cloud architecture, or DevOps experience to build and ship custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks cost models and billing data.
• Experience with AI/LLM cost management and token spend optimization.
• Experience delivering professional services or advisory engagements across multiple customers.
• Ability to operate in a startup environment with self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers as a trusted advisor on cloud and AI efficiency journeys.
• Own NAM account portfolios end to end with customer engineering teams.
• Build and scale the professional services offering, running initial engagements.
• Define best practices for AI and token spend management.
• Accelerate enterprise deals with sales, representing services in the cycle.
• Drive renewals and expand the solution landscape beyond FinOps.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap and features.
• Establish thought leadership in cloud and AI efficiency in NAM.
