Job summary

PointFive is seeking a Cloud Efficiency Architect to lead strategic cost and efficiency engagements for our enterprise customers in NAM. You will own a portfolio of accounts, shape our professional services offering, and guide engagements from initial delivery to scale through automation and a growing team.

You will help define best practices for AI and token spend management, contribute to product roadmap, and establish PointFive as a leader in cloud efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise experience focused on cloud cost and efficiency, in a FinOps or cloud engineering/architecture role.
• Background in engineering, cloud architecture, or DevOps, with hands-on ability to build and ship custom applications and workflows.
• Strong understanding of cost models across AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks, plus billing/usage data.
• Experience with AI/LLM cost management and token spend optimization.
• Track record delivering professional services or advisory engagements across multiple customers.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate in a startup environment with adaptability and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers on cloud and AI efficiency journeys and define requirements for custom applications and workflows built on PointFive.
• Own NAM accounts end to end, review infrastructure with customer teams, drive optimization at scale.
• Build the professional services offering from ground up and scale via software, automation, and a team.
• Define best practices for AI/token spend management and position PointFive as an authority.
• Accelerate enterprise deals with sales, partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
• Drive renewals and expansion across the customer base and expand the solution landscape beyond FinOps.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap requests with Product and Engineering.
• Establish PointFive as a thought leader through writing, speaking, and industry events.
