Job summary
PointFive Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Efficiency Architect in New York with remote work options to help enterprise customers optimize cloud and AI spend.
You will own NAM accounts end-to-end, build the professional services offering from the ground up, and influence product roadmap while representing PointFive as a trusted advisor in cloud efficiency. This role blends strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, aims to scale through automation, and offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise cloud cost and efficiency experience.
- Engineering, cloud architecture, or DevOps background with hands-on delivery.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks cost models.
- Experience delivering professional services or advisory engagements.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on cloud and AI efficiency journeys.
- Own a NAM account portfolio end to end.
- Build the professional services offering from the ground up.
- Define best practices for AI and token spend management.
- Accelerate enterprise deals with sales teams.
- Drive renewals and expansion across the customer base.
- Translate field feedback into product roadmap.
