Job summary

PointFive is seeking a Cloud Efficiency Architect to work with enterprise customers in NAM, leading strategic cost and efficiency engagements and shaping services and roadmap. You will build our professional services offering from the ground up, run initial engagements, and scale them with software, automation, and a team.

You will also influence the product roadmap and represent PointFive as a trusted voice in cloud and AI efficiency, including AI/token spend management where playbooks are

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise experience focused on cloud cost and efficiency.
• Hands-on ability to build and ship custom apps, automations, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of major cloud cost models and billing data.
• Experience with AI/LLM cost management and token spend optimization.
• Experience delivering professional services or advisory engagements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-directed, adaptable startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers on cloud and AI efficiency journeys.
• Own NAM accounts end-to-end with customer teams.
• Build the professional services offering from the ground up.
• Define best practices for AI and token spend management.
• Accelerate enterprise deals with sales teams.
• Drive renewals and expansion across customers.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap.
• Build profile as a cloud/AI efficiency thought leader.
