Job summary

You will coordinate across clinical operations, Quality & Safety, compliance, privacy, legal, and IT to ensure safe, effective care delivery and policy compliance.

The role requires five years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in clinical informatics or related fields.
• Experience with enterprise policy and patient safety initiatives.
• Clinical informatics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Standardize workflows and ensure policy adherence across care settings.
• Lead enterprise AI/Epic technology assessments and value evaluations.
• Collaborate across clinical, operations, governance and IT stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting and drive change management and adoption.
