Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager (CSM) to join our Enterprise team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will manage relationships with one or more assigned clients and serve as the primary contact for issue resolution.

You will build strong working relationships with clients and Worldpay resources, coordinating across teams to ensure service, paperwork, and operational arrangements are in place. Experience in banking or finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain client relationships across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients
• Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention
• Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources
• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts
