Job summary

360Learning seeks a Client Success Partner to support our Enterprise clients in their digital training strategy using the 360Learning platform. You will build strong relationships with CHROs and other HR leaders to drive usage, adoption and measurable impact, coordinating technical and pedagogical resources to secure renewals and contract opportunities.

In this role you will master our product and culture within the first months, manage a portfolio of large accounts, and define learning

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Client Success Manager or HR/Learning/Change Management consulting or digital learning lead.
• Ability to lead complex projects in Enterprise accounts (2000+ employees).
• Proven knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry is a plus.
• Native French with excellent English proficiency (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Support the largest clients in their digital training strategy via the 360Learning platform.
• Build strong relationships with HR executives to develop usage, adoption and impact.
• Coordinate resources across technical and pedagogical teams to secure renewals.
• Define learning transformation roadmaps and identify required resources.
• Work with Account Managers to identify new project opportunities and growth.
