Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 2–5 years of total work experience preferred
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output
• Ability to grow within the role – develop stronger leadership and influencing skills
• Ability to establish relationships with diverse individuals and working styles in a global company
• Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines

Responsibilities

• Work with the firm’s largest client relationships and coverage teams to progress commercial efforts
• Conduct analyses and develop insights to support decision-making and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Stay current on client news, conduct research on industry trends
• Maintain the CRM system for data quality; track wins, pipeline, and opportunities
• Create reports for senior coverage bankers and management highlighting portfolio metrics
