Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Spanish language communication preferred (verbal/written).
• Experience with Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle claim intake for incidents involving personnel and assets with proper documentation.
• Adhere to accident response policies and workers' compensation procedures.
• Ensure DOT post-accident drug and alcohol screening compliance.
• Coordinate security briefings for high-value shipments and monitor transit.
• Support hazardous material shipment dispatch and required permits.
