Job summary

Covenant Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure accurate data entry, scheduling updates, and shipping documents supporting daily warehouse operations. You will be the primary contact between customers and Covenant Logistics, handling inbound and outbound paperwork and BOLs.

You will assist Inventory Control with monthly cycle counts and maintain various systems. The role requires communication across channels and proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year of administrative/warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all data entry, scheduling updates and shipping documents are processed accurately to support daily Colgate warehouse operations.
• Serve as first line of communication between customer and Covenant Logistics.
• Prioritize and process inbound and outbound paperwork and BOLs (Bill of Lading).
• Aid Inventory Control to complete monthly cycle counts and update system accordingly.
• Complete data entry and reporting as necessary.
• Work in loud environments with color coded items.
