Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Transportation and Logistics Claims Lead responsible for overseeing claims management, shipment rejections, cold chain temperature compliance, and related technology enhancements. The role focuses on protecting product integrity, regulatory compliance, and service performance.

You will organize investigations, supervise teams across locations, travel as needed, and use data analysis to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in temperature-controlled supply chain or related field.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex claims investigations and loss recovery.
• Lead teams across locations and delegate tasks.
• Ensure cold chain compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Analyze operations data to drive continuous improvement.
