Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management and Adoption Consultant to support our EHR implementation efforts. You will prepare end users on the new system, provide change management resources, and analyze workflows to ensure a smooth go-live.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the project, deliver training, and help sustain process adoption post go-live. Travel up to 75%+, ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and a background in HCIT is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of change management or training experience.
• Experience working directly in the Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician, admin staff, or end user.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support change management implementation and execute the overarching strategy.
• Deliver change management communications to inform stakeholders of the program.
• Support go-live and sustainment activities and pre-go-live training.
• Develop slides and presentations for client discussions and workshops.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and account teams for alignment.
