Chemours seeks a Change Manager – Transformational Change to lead enterprise-wide initiatives from design through sustainment, partnering with CET sponsors and senior leaders to shape the change narrative and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Organizational Development, MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or similar).
• Change Certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution for enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to define the change narrative, leader actions, and adoption strategy from design through sustainment.
• Conduct enterprise change impact, risk, and readiness assessments to inform prioritization and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with communications team on stakeholder communication needs and messaging.
• Develop and deliver interventions for impacted stakeholders to support sustained adoption of desired future state.
• Proactively identify sources of resistance and work with leaders to mitigate risks.
• Coach leaders and project teams on effective change leadership and decision-making.
• Measure adoption and effectiveness using outcome-based KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Align change plans to enterprise standards, tools, and governance by the Change Management CoE.
