Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an Enterprise Change Management Program Lead to design, implement, and oversee enterprise risk programs supporting the ECM initiative. The role requires deep expertise in operational risk, governance, and risk assessment to protect the bank's stability while enabling growth.

You will partner with risk SMEs, IT, and business lines to develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and drive automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of operational risk management experience in a large bank or financial institution.
• Experience with risk technology platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and risk products.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to influence senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Project management experience implementing risk frameworks and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance risk management policies, standards, procedures, and frameworks for enterprise risk oversight.
• Lead ECM and New Activities programs including intake, governance, and risk assessment.
• Conduct operational risk assessments in collaboration with risk SMEs and 1LOD Risk.
• Develop and maintain process flows and documentation for new activities or changes.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate automation and technology solutions for risk reporting and management.
• Facilitate escalation to governance forums and establish working groups based on risk level.
• Evaluate process optimization and automation opportunities, including AI where appropriate.
• Serve as SME and provide guidance to senior leadership on mitigation and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Lead training to improve risk awareness and ECM requirements.
• Communicate risk strategies and program status to executive leadership.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for real-time risk visualization.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory expectations; benchmark practices.
