Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an Enterprise Change Management Program Lead to design and manage risk programs for its ECM initiatives, including new, modified, or expanded products and services. You will guide governance, risk assessments, and policy development across enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Applicants should have 8–10 years in operational risk, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with Archer, ServiceNow, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in operational risk management or related field within a large bank or financial institution.
• Experience with risk technology platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and financial risk products.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance risk management policies, standards, procedures, and frameworks for enterprise risk oversight.
• Lead ECM and New Activities programs including intake, governance, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with risk SMEs and 1LOD Risk to identify and address risks.
• Develop process flows and documentation for new activities or changes to products/services.
• Partner with IT to integrate automation and technology for risk assessment and reporting.
• Provide SME guidance to senior leadership on risk mitigation and compliance.
