The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to coordinate across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Risk teams, ensuring compliant, timely delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of risk governance frameworks and third-party risk management.
• Experience with enterprise risk systems (e.g., eGRC) and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Enable disciplined, efficient execution of business change across Corporate Functions.
• Interface with risk programs (PRISM, Third Party Risk, Model Risk) and governance ceremonies.
• Lead cross-functional discussions, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of changes.
