U.S. Bank is seeking a Change Enablement Lead to act as a centralized risk and governance partner for discipline and efficient execution of business change across Corporate Functions.

You will work with risk managers to identify, assess, route, and progress changes through governance programs, ensuring risk perspectives and stakeholder alignment. The role requires a strong risk governance background, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder facilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience with risk governance frameworks and third-party risk programs.
• Ability to translate regulatory, risk, and technical requirements into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized risk and governance partner for business change across Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate with risk managers to ensure changes are identified, assessed, and progressed through governance programs.
• Enable consistent application of change governance standards across Corporate Functions.
