Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and help employees navigate change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Demonstrated success developing change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, managing organizational risk, and achieving employee adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives impacting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives at portfolio level.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capability.
