Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and help employees navigate change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Demonstrable success developing change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, managing organizational risk, and achieving employee adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives, programs, and transformation efforts that impact employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities, organizational goals, and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures, using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners, strengthen internal change management tools and practices, and contribute to Marvin’s change management capability.
