Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You’ll partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and help employees navigate change.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and training across initiatives while minimizing disruption and maximizing business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business, org psychology, communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex enterprise-wide transformations.
• Proven ability to develop change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, manage organizational risk, and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives, programs, and transformations impacting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and inform improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capabilities.
