Job summary

Flexton Inc. is seeking a Change Management professional to lead enterprise-wide OCM efforts using best practices. This role focuses on delivering clear user experiences and accelerating adoption across programs.

You will engage executives and end-users, align timelines, raise risks, and communicate blockers and priorities to stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional teams. Preferred certifications include PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change initiatives using OCM best practices.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable change plans.

Responsibilities

• Refine, lead and execute OCM plans enabling faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency.
• Coordinate change activities with project timelines and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and elevate risks while managing multiple workstreams.
• Communicate status updates, blockers, and priorities to key stakeholders, engaging the right cross-functional teams.
