Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, is seeking a certified Change Management Consultant with HR/Workforce background. You will lead enterprise-scale change programs, develop communications and training plans, and collaborate across streams to ensure adoption of new tech and processes.

Requirements include 4–6 years in HR and Change Management, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management and driving change adoption.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to enhance CM efforts and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced ability to maintain very detailed documentation as part of responsibilities.
• Intermediate knowledge of VMS technologies, MSPs, and the Procurement/HR/Tech landscape.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads change management effort on client projects, guiding communications and adoption of tech/process.
• Uses certified change management procedures to produce high-quality results.
• Coordinates with other workstreams to weave change management through projects to completion.
• Creates change management documentation and trackers: plans, communications, training materials.
• Builds awareness for change and reinforces it through CM strategies.
• Drafts and owns manuals, communications and training materials for the future state program.
• Trains and mentors junior team members.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance project methodologies.
• Drives change via creative solutions using tech or automation where feasible.
