Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks a client-facing consultant to support workforce transformation advisory services. You'll engage with HR, Talent, and Procurement leaders, contribute to advisory engagements, and design scalable future-state models balancing people, process, and technology.

Based in North America with travel up to 25%, you will develop journey maps, service blueprints, and operating models, applying design thinking and research to deliver

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following: management consulting, HR advisory, talent acquisition, Extended Workforce, MSP / RPO, services procurement, or related domains
• Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing discovery, workshops, and solution design engagements
• Understanding of talent acquisition operations, Extended Workforce programs, and enabling technologies including VMS platforms
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsabilités

• Support client-facing advisory engagements from initiation through delivery and closure under senior consultant direction
• Apply structured consulting problem-solving to diagnose business challenges and contribute to practical, value-driven solutions
• Support discovery, assessment, and solution design activities across talent acquisition and Extended Workforce processes
• Assist in preparing executive-ready insights, recommendations, and decision materials for senior HR and business leaders
• Support assessment of end-to-end HR, talent acquisition, and Extended Workforce processes, operating models, and service delivery effectiveness
• Contribute to future-state model design aligned to business strategy, scale, and experience goals
• Support analysis of workforce segmentation, enablement, and service optimization opportunities
• Assist in building actionable roadmaps spanning people, process, capability, and technology improvements including governance structures, RASCI models, and funding approaches
