Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks a certified Change Management Consultant with HR/workforce background for client engagements. You will build change management plans, communications, training materials, and support other workstreams in implementing change.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise-scale change programs, developing CM artifacts, and training teams while traveling up to 25% to client sites across the United States.

Formación

• Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work with demanding stakeholders and drive change adoption.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to enhance CM efforts.
• Excellent in maintaining detailed documentation and planning materials.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-scale change management efforts on client projects.
• Develop and execute change management, communications, and training plans.
• Collaborate with other workstreams to weave CM through projects.
• Create and maintain change management documentation and trackers.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and improve methodologies.
