Job summary

Union Tank Car Company - UTLX in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Organizational Change Leader to guide people through a multi-year enterprise transformation, including ERP integration and operating model alignment. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Chicago at least two days a week.

You will serve as strategic advisor, build readiness, design change programs, coach leaders, and drive adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading organizational change and large-scale transformations.
• Experience supporting enterprise tech implementations, integrations, or redesigns.
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR or similar).
• Strong executive facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change strategy for major transformation initiatives.
• Champion integration and optimization toward a unified One Company culture and operating model.
• Coach leaders to sponsor and reinforce change and develop leadership playbooks.
• Drive employee engagement and adoption through effective communication and stakeholder feedback.
• Support ERP transformation workstreams with readiness planning and post-go-live support.
