Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of project/program management experience.
• At least 2 years of lead experience
• Master's degree and at least 5 years of project/program management experience
• At least 12 years of project/program management experience
• At least 2 years of lead experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from initial assessment and problem diagnosis through implementation, change management, and measurable business results.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops, governance forums, and problem-solving sessions that turn complex challenges into actionable decisions, clear accountability, and strategic roadmaps.
• Establish and strengthen end-to-end process ownership across business value streams, defining ownership roles, performance metrics, and decision-making responsibilities.
• Develop, apply, and continuously improve transformation methodologies, standards, governance practices, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) foundations to drive consistency and execution excellence.
• Mentor and provide project guidance to analysts and process engineers, building capabilities and strengthening the team's overall impact.
