Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives and portfolio execution.
• Experience defining change vision, goals, and success metrics across high-priority initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption across large programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise-level change strategies across large-scale transformations.
• Partner with senior executives to define change vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Develop roadmaps integrating engagement, communications, and adoption strategies.
