Programmers in Mundelein, IL is seeking a senior change management leader for a hybrid role (3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). You will support clients in achieving sustainable performance, develop change roadmaps, lead readiness activities, and coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of change management and consulting experience, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Formación

• 10+ years of change management experience in complex organizations.
• Consulting experience required.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Prosci or other change management certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a customized change management roadmap based on project needs.
• Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, risks and overall program health.
• Coordinate with other initiatives to align timelines and overlaps.
• Develop readiness and skilling content using multiple modalities.
• Utilize Project Management frameworks in various roles.
• Contribute to internal areas such as business development, people development, recruiting, marketing.
