We seek a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives for enterprise SaaS project management and business process platforms, coordinating with executives, business units, and technical teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or five+ years direct vertical construction industry experience.
• Five+ years of project management, project controls, or cost controls experience.
• Experience supporting capital programs, facilities management, or public sector organizations.
• Experience with PMIS tools, system integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with workflow configuration and low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to support rollout of Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, Procore, and similar platforms.
• Assess readiness, impacts, and adoption risks across the implementation lifecycle.
• Analyze client needs to support complex capital programs and business process requirements.
• Design and configure PMIS solutions, including workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops to map current and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption plans.
• Support earned value management, cost management, forecasting, and schedule reporting within project controls.
• Review schedules, identify critical path issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate communications and training for system implementations and go-live.
• Conduct site walks and prepare monthly reporting packages for project teams.
• Address resistance to change through stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with managers, analysts, architects, developers, testers, and specialists to integrate change activities.
• Track adoption metrics and implementation performance indicators.
