Job summary

Procon is a top-ranked construction management and technology consulting firm seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives during enterprise SaaS implementations. You will partner with executive leadership, business units, and IT to assess readiness, design adoption strategies, and drive user engagement.

The role focuses on configuring PMIS tools, delivering training, tracking adoption metrics, and ensuring a smooth deployment across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years industry experience).
• 5+ years in project management, project controls, or cost controls.
• Experience with capital programs and public sector or facilities management.
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, reporting, dashboards.
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to rollout systems like Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, Procore.
• Assess readiness, impacts, and adoption risks throughout implementation.
• Design PMIS solutions including workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state workflows and process improvements.
• Develop engagement, training, and adoption plans.
• Support system testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Track stakeholder engagement and adoption metrics.
