Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC, part of Kestra Holdings, seeks a Change Management Lead in Austin to build and lead the enterprise change capability. You will establish standards, governance, templates, and adoption measures across partner firms and corporate teams.

The role supports transformation programs, technology implementations, and operating model changes while protecting advisor and client experience. 7+ years’ experience and strong executive communication are desired.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational change management or related field.
• Experience creating enterprise change strategies, governance, standards, and reusable tools.
• Ability to assess stakeholder impact, readiness, resistance, adoption risks, and sustainment needs.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across corporate and field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish change management methodology, governance, tools, playbooks, templates.
• Develop and execute change strategies for major transformations, technology implementations, integrations, and operating model changes.
• Assess impact and readiness; translate findings into actions, owners, milestones, and escalation needs.
• Create integrated plans for communications, engagement, training, manager enablement, resistance management, go-live readiness, sustainment.
• Advise leaders on sponsorship actions; provide concise briefings and decision-ready updates.
• Maintain visibility into major initiatives, timing, dependencies, capacity, and change saturation; recommend sequencing.
• Engage partner firms with tailored adoption approaches by stakeholder needs, geography, and readiness.
• Build and support a Change Champion network with messaging, tools, and escalation paths.
• Define metrics for readiness, proficiency, utilization, compliance, sentiment, and outcomes.
• Coach sponsors, managers, and teams; preserve reusable assets and lessons learned.
