SupportFinity™ is looking for a Change Delivery Manager to oversee complex program management initiatives. This role requires a proven leader with over 12 years of experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage significant projects across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess profound knowledge of process improvement methodologies and strong leadership skills to ensure the success of concurrent projects. This position operates in-office five days a week, located in Greensboro, Georgia.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement roles.
• Advanced understanding of large-scale transformation program management.
• Sound knowledge of banking/investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, planning, and execution of program initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives.
• Present program summaries to executive leadership.
