Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide security initiatives with hands-on delivery across multiple cybersecurity domains. You will partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to set priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics, while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity program management, strong executive communication skills, and experience in Agile or hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within cybersecurity environments.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional cybersecurity programs in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, not just strategy oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs across multiple domains, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Drive implementation efforts across IAM, API protection, endpoint security, and risk management.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies and mitigate issues.
• Manage executive-level reporting and provide clear visibility into program health and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and broader organizational objectives.
